Cho Cho
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Cho Cho is part of our management team known as Kihn Cho Cho Aung. She is from Myanmar (Burma) and she speaks more than 5 languages of popular countries from Asia including English language.

She has 21 years of experience in the casino life in 5 different countries Myanmar, Cambodia, Seychelles, Ghana and Tanzania with many different casino games knowledge. She is also one of the participants in the MGM Grand Asia countries casino games competition in the Philippines.

She is very friendly with all the people around her, and she has positive mind in her way. Her hobbies are driving sports car, riding motorbikes. She is also participating in drag races and rally as well.

Marice

Coming all the way from the “Pearl of the Antilles,” Cuba, Marice our Senior Duty Manager brings her hospitality, warmth, and a wide smile, dedicated to ensuring every guest leaves with unforgettable memories. She started as a Duty Manager in 2014, gaining experience not only in her primary responsibilities but also by stepping out to assist and collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service. Marice is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth service delivery across the Cage, Slots, and Reception departments. Her role involves supervising staff, managing customer concerns, and coordinating activities to maintain high standards of efficiency and safety. With strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence, she strives to create a positive and productive environment for both employees and customers.
Konstantina
AREA MANAGER

Konstantina (Dina) Barli was born and raised in Greece but has proudly called Tanzania “nyumbani” for the past 14 years.

With a 20-year background in Hospitality Management and Sales, her career began in Greece and has continued to flourish in Tanzania.

She joined the company in 2010 as a Duty Manager at Le Grande Casino. This incredible adventure has been a life-changing experience, shaping a new way of thinking and living. The opportunity to work side by side with diverse and exciting people from around the world makes working in Tanzania a unique and unparalleled experience.

As an Area Manager, she currently leads the departments of Duty Managers, Cashiers, Slots Operations, and Reception across all our casino venues. She believes that investing in the education, training, and development of our team and ourselves is the only way forward. She is constantly looking for innovative and transformative ideas that will help the team and the company achieve international standards. Pamoja tunaweza.

She loves spending time with family and friends, especially when cooking together. Passionate about traveling, she has explored several areas in Tanzania. Traveling provides a unique experience that allows us to see and feel the diverse cultures and understand how people experience life in different parts of the world.

With over two decades of experience in the poker world, Anders Hellström is a seasoned Poker Room Manager known for his expertise and passion. Anders has hosted numerous cash games, tournaments, and major poker series, bringing a unique blend of skill and charisma to each event. As the host of the renowned Dar Poker Masters, he continues to elevate the poker scene, making every game an unforgettable experience for players and spectators alike.

Daniel’s proactive approach and strong leadership skills are pivotal in maintaining the high standards of safety and security that Le Grande Casino is renowned for. Whether it’s overseeing daily operations or coordinating with local law enforcement, Daniel is committed to providing a seamless and secure experience for our patrons.

Food & Beverage Manager
Given Fox holds the position of Le Grande venue’s Food & Beverage Manager. He is supported by a dedicated team of junior managers to ensure smooth operations within the casino. With an extensive background of over 12 years in the F&B and sales industry, this accomplished professional has contributed his expertise to various countries in Africa, as well as a few in the Middle East. He is passionate about passing on his knowledge to the junior crew and encourages his team to push for greater heights. He has studied business administration and is currently studying project management. In the year 2018, this remarkable individual became a valued member of our organization, initially serving in the guest relations department. However, due to his F&B background, an opportunity led to a transition to the esteemed F&B department in 2019. Outside of his professional pursuits, Given Fox derives great pleasure from engaging in leisure activities such as watching football matches in the company of friends, indulging in horse riding, and immersing himself in the joy of reading.
